This would be an unusual bug, could you give us your clan name and your IGN so that we may check it out? If it is true, it is likely you will have at least one building th6 level upwards, which would provide evidence of the bug.
Screenshots of your current base would also be appreciated.

I looked at your account village and there is no evidence that this happened. Every building is at the current level for the TH level. You are also currently upgrading your TH.
