Feedback for Carrot Season Event

The first two events (double coins on truck orders and double coins and vouchers on boat orders) were great, but the current carrot season event sucks. Ok, time is halved on carrot growth... Big whoop. I'm just overstocking on carrots and filling up the silo. How about double or triple XP for items in crop season event?

I totally agree about the first two events and the carrot event. Please come up with another event that is more useful.

As many have said before me, why would you need carrots to grow faster, there was never a shortage. At least select coffee or cocoa beans.

I agree with most of the posters, this event leaves a lot to be desired. It's quite frankly disappointing, especially after how incredible the other two events were. Personally, I think the events need to be both challenging and rewarding to keep our interest. The truck and boating events were challenging to fill and rewarding to us as players. It made me want to play ALL the time, and I don't think I'm alone in that. Where's the reward or the challenge in growing carrots in half the time?

I appreciate that Hay Day is adding special events to the game. I'm sure they'll come up with some other great ones. And I love the animals all dressed up! Please leave them this way a little longer. They're so festive. Consider dressing them up for other occasions too, if you haven't already. (I haven't been playing that long.)

I think it would be better in future to say halve the production time on everything produced in the dairy or sugar mill that crops that don't take long to grow

I'm not bothering with this one. It makes no difference to me whatsoever. It's not like its even a crop that takes ages to grow in the first place like tomatoes. Weird choice for an event. I'm surprised by how many people ar taking part. Newspaper is ridiculous with carrots.

I planted alot of carrots but yeah no chance to sell them right now since everyone else is selling the same stuff, but I really liked the two earlier events!

To sum up, it's great to set up an event for Hay Day player. THANK YOU!

However, people would need more motivation to find the event interesting. Half time of carrot, OK, but why do we need to plant carrot for ? Is only-carrot-based product half time too ? Do those visitors/boat orders/trucks orders only ask for carrot ?

Well, it we plant carrot and cannot use carrot more than usual, there is no need for the event.

I hope that this is an initial experiement on SC's part to see if changing a time on an item would affect the DD. because it does.


when I played in the morning, I just ignored the carrots and played the game as I always did. It made no difference to my game play, but NOW....

because of this event, not only have I gotten nothing out of it except that carrots grow as fast as corns, but that I no longer use the daily dirt to find anything, except carrots.

why oh why does it have to last 5 days?!!!! I can't wait till this is over! I don't want anything to encourage people to sell even more useless things to cover the newspaper server.

Now that, does, affect my game experience. And I do not like it one bit

Thanks, but I think I'll give the newspaper a rest for a while.....
