We are a new clan that consists of a core group of 9 players at the moment, more may come. We all decided to branch off from our old clan because of opposing view points on war preparedness, skill, and participation. We had numerous wars with unused attacks that really made us dislike the war situation.
Most of us do have jobs and lives outside the game, so chat isn't always active (at least with the members now). We do take war seriously though, because we believe that is the pinnacle of the game. Our ideology is we farm to improve and progress our bases, we war to showcase our actual attack and defense skills. War is the real game in our opinion.
War strategy is first attack no higher than your mirror, no lower than 2 down, and must be completed in the first 12 hours (we feel that is ample time). Wait on the second attack and see where it may be needed. Opt out if Queen is upgrading.
Actually using both war attacks is our number one consideration regarding war. If you don't use both attacks, it's an automatic sit out of future wars until you comment on the situation and explain why you didn't use both. We will include you back in war, and if you miss attacks again shortly after being included back in war you get the boot. Participation is our #1 concern.
We do understand that life happens, and that's fine. You can opt out for as long as you want. However, if you do opt in you have to use both attacks or else we will implement the consequences listed above.
We are not perfect war attackers, but we have put in work to get better. If we see you can improve, we will give you advice. If you see ways you think we can improve, we will listen. We want an environment where people can provide constructive criticism and receive it as well. We're all striving to become better. Some of us use 3 star strategies and some use gowipe, though we're trying hard to convert them.
We don't use outside communication, but are not opposed to the idea.
Elder is earned through war participation, willingness to give and take advice, and donations. Co is given through trust and dedication.
We have not had experience leading a clan, so it is a learning phase for us as well. We are doing our best to refine the clan and make it the best it can be. Battle day for first war ever began few hours ago. Things are looking good, even though we had to recruit randoms from global to make 10. Not our ideal situation, but we had to make it work. Come join us, it's only up from here!
