I started this clan after the New Year, but I am dealing with the vicious cycle of quiet members that leave because it is quiet...or because we can't keep enough people to war. We have an 8-2 record. We won the last won with 29 out of 30 possible stars despite one jumping ship after war call, some who didn't know how to attack in war and some who never showed up to attack.
I keep this as a relaxed clan with attitude problems and disrespectful behavior checked at the door. I work full time, but love talking movies and TV shows when I am on. I make periodic checks throughout the day while at work, and hope more members can make it more fun during the day.
