Solution to Clan War ♥♥♥♥♥ers

Any clan that clan wars frequently has had it done to them before. The bottom level townhalls are attacking the higher townhalls on the map. Thus allowing the Higher townhall levels to now practice on these townhalls.
It is ruining the Clan war experience and needs to be stopped immediately!

My suggestion to this is to subtract a star from all failed attacks, please note that you will have to make it so that you can accumulate a negative star balance. Furthermore feel free to just make it so that any attacker that fails on their first attack loses their second attack. Also all attacks in war should be calculated in the destruction percentage not just the highest attack.

Let's get this fixed. I'm tired of warring against ♥♥♥♥♥ers. Otherwise let us report the clans that are ♥♥♥♥♥ing.

First of all, you are pretending that this is a widely occuring problem. If someone decides to troll in a clan. Just kick him.

About your 'solutions':

1) -1 star for failed attack

This would solve nothing, only create much worse problems. This is a wide open door to trolls who can just ruin a clan war for everyone. Besides, someone could also just have bad luck and end up failing an attack. No reason AT ALL to substract one of those hard-earned stars.

2) fail attack = lose 2nd attack option

Again. This would only punish people for havinga bad day. You would actually lose the oppurtunity to make up for your mistakes.

3) calculate all attacks for total destruction

This just doesn't make sense.

I have lost several wars to ♥♥♥♥♥ers and this suggestion is the best answer to the solution.
It's the people with MODS who are able to "practice" their attack on you. This MOD allows them to practice with your traps and against your CC troops. This gives them an unfair advantage. Almost guaranteeing them a 2 or 3 star attack. Subtracting stars for illogical attacks will deter ♥♥♥♥♥ers from doing this. The key is to either prevent it or deter it. Trolls are a separate issue and one that you can prevent on your own. ♥♥♥♥♥ing we have no control over.

As far as failing your first attack and losing your second attack is strategy, it would increase the competitiveness to war and make it more dynamic. Also if you're having a bad day then maybe you wouldn't want your second attack only to lose again?

Total Destruction %. Makes perfect sense. if you have 2 players that attack for 0% on number 11 and then a stronger town hall comes along and gets a 100% the average destruction % should be calculated on all three of those attacks on that same number. Not take the highest percentage. Not sure how that doesn't make sense, otherwise the tie breaker system now just doesn't make sense.
