Our clan is open to having a new youtuber or someone who's done it for awhile to join our lvl 8 war clan. We're not picky on the content. If you do war recaps, base builds, attack strategies or a combination of that, that works with us. The main thing is we'd like benefit from your content in some way, whether it's learning something or sharing our (war or regular) attacks.
And we will help support you as well. We have 3 other ally (sister) clans we are friendly with. We chat with each other on Bindle or visit the clans. So I'm sure that they will help show their support as well. We can also put your channel info in our clan description if that's what you would like.

I'd need more info to answer your questions. If you're leader of a lvl 10 clan and you guys win consistently in wars, I'd understand why you wouldn't want to move.
My clan is basically run like any other serious war clan and we win most of our wars. Best of all we have good team players. Good management, we communicate on Bindle. Also, our members chat as well on that app. I actively recruit so our clan stays active. I wouldn't call our clan 'elite', but we're close to it. We have some really solid guys and then some who are working on getting better.
So if you're interested let me know. If not, like I said I understand. Based on your reply it didn't sound like you were really considering moving to this clan. I could be wrong on that.
