Please, calm down. I am not accusing anyone of anything, just being curious.

I am gracing you by selling good stuff in my shop, even advertising it for random people, and you still want to buy them at cheap price?

    LOL they can ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥.

(btw i typed c-heat because i knew it would be hearted out. )

And selling stuff below its right value (even max price is underpriced) is not greedy,
Expecting to buy cheap stuff is.

Yes please don't make assumptions about any level player. Everyone plays the way that works for them. For me, I'm always broke, but that's because I love to shop! I scroll through my neighbors shops and buy stuff in the paper that I may not need right now, but eventually either I or my hoodies will need it. I like to keep a well stocked barn. I trade at default even though I probably bought whatever the item is at full price. So I always seem to be on the losing end of coins. I'm broke because I share. How does that make me and other players like me greedy? SMH

No, I don't mind paying the requested price if it's something I need. As I said, I have more coins than I need so for me that is not a problem. But, as I said earlier, low level players are in a total different situation so why not help them out?

Thank you. This was actually the first proper response and an answer to my question that ended the initial post. (Yes, I could have chosen a different subject and considering the reactions that would have been wise.) Had I a bigger barn I might find myself in the same situation, but those planks are too damned hard to find...

At a low level it doesn't make much sense to buy carrots when you can grow them in 10 minutes. Not only are you then basically getting them for free over and over but you're also getting tool and expansion item drops...again....for free.
The biggest money is in the crops with the lowest growing times. Which is just as true for the seller as it is for the buyer.

If a low level player doesn't really get this simple math it's not my job to subsidize them.
Especially when it's just as likely that a high level player will be the one to take advantage of my lowered prices.

    Greedy?

Greedy? As for selling things in RSS, different playing styles for different folks. I sell crops at default most of the time. But only the ones that don't require an axe or saw to produce. Or take hours upon hours to grow. That's MY playing style.

High level players probably sell high prices to buy the golden decorations or maybe they don't want lurkers in their rss.

I have quite a popular shop which attracts a lot of friends and followers. I aim to keep it filled with a variety of attractive items. I tried once selling soy and carrots and such at default price, but I got cleaned out so often I couldn't restock fast enough. Now I sell at a slighter discount (depending on the item) and it works better. The I still have to buy tomatoes and the like at max price to restock the discounted ones I keep selling, but that's ok, they're part of my standard crop selection.

I still sell at max, even at level 100, because I want to reach 10 million coins .
So not really greediness, just a way for me to still find some motivation in this game, a kind of personal goal.
