I think that they've added moving diagonal shafts of sunlight. They're very bright and yellowish. You can see them even clearer in the fishing area. I remember the moving cloud-shaped shadows on the ground from last year, but not the blinding sunbeams. Yikes.Originally Posted by bender018

I knew a new update would bring some entertaining posts but I wasn't expecting the above and was laughing so hard I fell off my chair. Nick, is it possible Team Hay Day is playing a prank on you and us by changing the grass to Shamrock green in honor of Saint Patrick's Day next week without notifying you?
But seriously, let us assume Team Hay Day did not change the color scheme intentionally and proceed from there. After the new update, I played on a Samsung Galaxy Tab3 for about 20 minutes and didn't notice that the grass was brighter than the previous version.
But when I went to the Edit Mode, I noticed the grass on Layout 2 was brighter than the Original Layout. IMO, my mind is playing a trick on me and I'm witnessing an optical illusion. Layout 2 seems greener to me because it is an expansive but barren land with no machines or animals on it unlike the original layout.
I'm sure there's a device which measures hue and intensity of the color spectrum and may either support or dispel my hypothesis.
P.S. What happened to the blinking lights on my house? Just kidding, Nick.
