War Captain sounds pretty cool, though I'm not sure "Captain" is all that necessary (I'm not against it, it just seems a bit overboard). All in all a great idea.

I think it would be better if 5 co's or war captains together can kick leader.It would help the clan from collapsing when it's leader stops playing

I disagree. If the leader is inactive for some time, contact in-game SC and tell them. They should have a solution.

Besides, they haven't added this before so I don't think they would now.
