Doesn't give much time to fill all a clans war CCS if only a couple of the top players are doing it
Isn't the leader or CO starting the war? They should have the highest troops and its their responsibility to fill them if they want a war.

For one no there is no reason why the leader should have the highest level troops they are not always top of the tree.Originally Posted by Roynice152
