Straw Hats: Clan for Low Lvls

Hi, I am Monkey D luffy, leader of Straw Hats( #LU2LLUYV ).

Reason for starting clan:
Basically, I got fed up of other clans who either yell at u or filled with inactive players. I have changed a few clans over the past month. One had many high lvl members and they would not take me to war. Second had very inactive players, most would not use attacks during war and were not available to chat, discuss anything etc. Some were active but non-english. So, I decided to start my own clan where I can have some fun with similar minded players.

Looking For:
I am looking for players who are lvl 30-60, TH7 or Lower, want WAR, are Active, speak English.
Lower levels are welcome as well but I prefer players with close levels, makes a better combination.
Does not matter whether you are experienced or not.
Does not matter if u cannot win stars in war or are a bad attacker. We will discuss, learn and grow together.
