Hi folks! If you are an active and mature TH6 to TH10 player this post is directed to you. Here is a little info about our clan:
I took the clan over few months ago. It was recovering after one of the Cos put a knife in our back and kicked all the members out some time before I joined. At the moment our clan is level 5 over half way through to lvl 6. We fight three times a week - Monday we have a war which is open to all the non-entirely new members (I want members to stay with us for at least couple of days before adding them to the war to know each one better). Wednesday we have a war for 15 best performing members during first war, and Friday we have a third one for 10 best performing members of 2nd war. This plan was implemented in order to raise war win ratio and I have to say it works quite well - we actually won 8 out of last 11 wars. We have quite an active community and it is what we demand mostly from our members. We want members to help each other by donation and most importantly - if one doesn't opt out, to stay active during the war. We are focused on wars and we would like to increase number of reliable clan members to over 40 to be able to form big and strong clan winning big wars. However this process is very long and painful with just a random knocking at the door, hence the advertisement here.
