It looks pretty solid. One thing I'd definitely want to change is the close proximity of the mortars. You need them a little more spread out to ensure they're covering all of the base, at least put them in each corner of the central compartment.
Otherwise it's just personal preference. I like my clan castle right in the middle so the troops can't be drawn out easily. Double giant bomb looks good, as does tesla placement.
Without knowing what your goals are, it's impossible for anybody to offer any meaningful feedback. Are you trophy pushing? Farming? And if farming, what resource? Gold? Dark elixir? Different bases do different things.
Overall....
The Good: Storages are spread out far away from each other, making it difficult to get too many of any one resource. Dark elixir storage is well protected in the core. That's about it, from my perspective.
The Bad: Mortars are too close together and don't have good coverage until an attacker is already well inside the base, plus two can be taken out together with lightning. Your two longest range defenses - archer towers and cannons - are sitting right next to each other, effectively halving your long range weapons. They need to be spread out from each other to give you more coverage. Wizard towers are positioned at 3 corners instead of a more central triangular arrangement, leaving the entire top half without any coverage by a single wizard tower. Also, this is a very compact base with no 2x2 open spaces where giant bombs might live, except exactly where they are. If I am an attacker, I can look at that base for 8 seconds and tell you exactly where all the big bombs are, based on where the spaces are. I wouldn't hesitate to drop some hogs on that base from the bottom right because I know the bombs are in the top and the left. You also have several collectors that are sitting far enough out where they can be sniped by archers without any coverage from cannons or archer towers. You might want to move those in some, unless you aren't worried about collector sniping.
If I were an attacker trying to get your dark elixir or 3-star your base, I would drop 4 earthquake spells in the top right to crack open the core. Then some giants to take out defenses and some wizards to clear the side buildings. Then some valks to run straight up the core and get right between all those tight core buildings sitting right next to each other with some splash damage, plus a little rage while they are in the core. Wizard towers wouldn't touch me until well after the DE was mine, and that might even be a 3-star attack.
