Zona Crew, Level 9 War Clan Official Recruiting Thread
We have 39 wins in a row on our war log. That should tell you all you need to know about our clan culture. We're winners. There are no 3-star "specialists" in our clan, because getting 3 stars doesn't make you special - it makes you just like everyone else.
We win because we're skilled, but also because we're disciplined. Rules are as follows and are strictly enforced:
1. No foul language or immature behavior. Be respectful at all times. English only.
2. Use both attacks without exception. No looting attacks. We constantly strive to make ourselves better, so even after we've secured the win, all remaining attacks are to be used for practice. Full armies, best strats, logical targets, always.
3. Don't even worry about elder or Co. People who ask for elder generally get the boot. This is a level 9 clan. You weren't with us for the first 8 levels, so why would we let you be part of leadership? Your war stars are recognition enough.
4. Minimum success rate is 50%. Success = 3 stars. Less than 3 stars is failure (unless you are asked to do scout mission). If you do not achieve minimum success rate, you will be rotated in and out of wars until you improve. We don't expect perfection, but we also do not accept mediocrity.
5. Expected donation ratio for th9s and above is at least 1:2; for th8s, 1:3; for below th8, nobody wants your troops, so save your elixir and farm your base up. Do not give what isn't requested. Do not fill defensive war cc's unless asked. Do not dump defensive war cc troops unless instructed.
6. Read all clan mail. Scan chat for your name before you attack. If war instructions are given, your name will be in all caps and easy to identify. Communication is essential to clan effectiveness.
Mention this post in your join request. You will not get in without mentioning the forum. We're not on every minute of the day, but we are on every day, so give us a couple hours before giving up.
