Has Supercell lost interest in Hay Day??

Nick, would it be possible to fix the town problems with the new update? The town problems are:
1) Personal Train: Neighborhood Friends with Visitors to Pick Up
a)often shows neighbors with no visitors available
b)order is by the neighbor's town level but should be by number of visitors available for pickup
c)the number of visitors available should be shown so that we don't have to check every neighbor
2) Town Hall: order is currently Ready, Idle, Being Served, Waiting for a Train, Going Home but should be Idle, Ready, Being Served, Waiting for a Train, Going Home.

For the upcoming update, sorry but not possible. I will pass the info to the team however!

We are from time to time improving older assets, but not always they "hit home" amongst players who have been playing the game for a longer time. It's a change, and not everyone likes that. It's human behaviour. That being said, we took note of the feedback about the kitchen.


Same as above. Today very few make any comments about the updated Tom since people have already gotten used to the updated version of him. We don't have any plans to roll back to the old one, but who knows if our artists will improve the new one further.

Will there ever be a change to the opt-in/opt-out of derby so that:

a) others can see how many are playing next week.
b) allowing a leader to forcefully opt-out a player who is absent, or
c) a method whereby if a player is opted-in but misses completing any tasks for more than 1 derby they are forcefully opted-out.

a) not on our feature list, but interesting idea (could be tricky as some players opt in/out minutes prior to the Derby)
b) no plans for this ATM
c) no plans for this either ATM

Try the airplane mode suggestion in the thread. It will answer itself for you.

I am not looking for an answer derived from a player in any mode, but an official answer from SC staff to dispel the rumors. Sorry if that was not clear to you.

Pretty much. It's another reason I hate that "ruled out" list because once it's on there you literally CANNOT discuss the topic in ANY capacity no matter how upset you are about it. Once SC makes up their mind about something that's it, doesn't matter how much negative feedback it gets they shut players out. Makes it really hard to feel like they give a flip about player feedback at all.

Both you and me know that such a drastic change would create a huge uproar amongst the players!

True, guess I hadn't considered late minute changes. Maybe it could just be visible permanently what your current status is instead of being shown as "not in derby" during the off day?
