That's an interesting observation! Haven't ever noticed it. Could be that their AI path-finding gets reseted during maintenances.. I have no idea really as this is the first time I hear about it! Is it a problem, as in they won't move if you call for them?
The help requests are still a bit quirky and the guys are continuously looking into them.

We fix them, they get broken, we fix them again etc.. I'll see if we will have any help request fixes coming up!
That's because we were afraid that players wouldn't maybe understand that it consumes a diamond, it being the only product that requires a diamond.

Just to make sure players understand it.
Actually I am not sure why, but I think it has to do with some technical (server-sync) reasons. It has never (to my knowledge) been a highly requested feature anyway.
All tickets gets handled by humans, but for frequently asked questions they have stock replies.
This was discussed within the team, but we didn't come up with a good/working solution for it. It's still on the table though so let's see if it happens in a future update!
You can double tap it to get it out of your way!

I am not sure if this is a commonly known "feature" but go ahead and try it!
I think I covered this question already earlier in this thread!

Let me quote myself:
All games we develop have their dedicated teams, and all teams are 100% focused on their own game. Obviously we help each other out if needed, but the game the team is working on comes always as priority #1.
I recall this topic from the days when the pups were introduced. Though we know it's a sign of the pup needing a vet in real life, I think the artists just though it looked cute..

No worries, all pups are in good health!
In 2015 we put a lot of focus into the Derby as we hoped it to become a long-term feature. It is a very complex feature (technically) thus it also required a lot of work. We did introduce other features as well, but the Derby was our main big feature last year.
The ruled out list is pretty well covered with features that may appear some day, and some that maybe won't. I am not sure if we need to explain our decisions with each feature request. I have tried to give an explanation if someone asks for it, but if the same request appears again, we refer to the list. Otherwise I would spend all day copy / paste my explanations all over the place.
This actually reminds me to update the list!
Cheers,
Nick
