On a serious note, it must be a problem with refresh or something? Maybe something went wrong during the update or maintenance break. Just a glitch on the whole but it shouldn't freak you out unless you're the 'real' leader.

They actually do have leader powers but in order to do that u have to do something with promoting the elders and leaving and stuff so they would have to either have done it on purpose or trust the person enough to make them leader
