We are a new Clan that plans to do Back to Back Clan Wars.
What We Are Looking For: Highly Active Players who are either experienced or willing to learn from our experienced players. Non rushed bases or troops and maxed out walls and defenses before upgrading Town Hall Levels.
Requirements: Help team mates with Troop Donations and a strong understanding of Clan Wars. Every single team member MUST attack twice in every Clan War and always having Builders working on upgrades.
Only accepting NON rushed villages with experience in Clan Wars
At OptimalOutcasts we always have lots of fun but we do not tolerate rude behavior or disobedience. Be nice, have fun, donate troops and do your part in Clan Wars. This is how we plan to be an extremely successful Clan and continue to grow into a team of professionals.

Currently we only have room for 2 players with experience in Clan Wars. We are a small Clan that will grow only once we have a solid 10 players that can win every Clan War. Thank you
