    3 Easy Changes That Will Fix Most War Match-Ups!

    So I posted this elsewhere, and it was met with positive responses (crazy I know), so I figured I'd make a thread about it, and see what the community thought.



    Anyways, I think SC should make 3 simple changes to the War MatchMaking System, that would greatly reduce the number of mismatches we've been seeing lately. They are:


    1-Decrease the War Weight of Walls by ~35%
    2-Increase the War Weight of Eagle Artillery by ~40-50%
    3-Set a requirement that the #1 in both clans is the same level TH



    Thoughts?


    Amendment #1: Add considerably more (40-50%) WW to GW. If this end up being too much, only increase EA's WW by ~30%, to help balance.

    i like it, add in

    4.) increase Warden weight by 50%



    basically if you are a TH11 rushed or not, and have Eagle and Warden. You should be fighting other TH11's.

    Don't punish people for not rushing their bases.

    I think you have a valid point, but do you not think that the EA increase would cover 99.9% of the bases with a Warden Already?

    The problem is walls. There are so many walls in a clan, and they are all being weighed heavily. So if you are in a clan of maxxers, you are screwed. If u are in a clan of rushers or wall-engineered bases, you get a free win.

    They should only weigh the 5 highest walls in a base, because there are usually 0-5 walls taken down in even a 100% hit

    I 100% agree with this

    Even tho I'm in a max clan so it won't affect me but it would surely be a welcoming change for so so many

    35% decrease isn't enough for walls

    Walls should weigh next to nothing, or nothing. If you have no walls or ♥♥♥♥ walls, that's your problem. People who farmed a bazillion loot for walls SHOULD have an advantage, however small it may be.

    See, I agree with this, but I do not think that SC will ever revert the walls weight to how they were "back in the day," and 35% seemed like a fair compromise to me.

    IMHO, I think SC have have other plans with the current TH11, which is why that it seemed that currently TH11 is weighed less than it supposed to be..

    Other upgrades, troops, defenses might be on the way and when those are implemented, the current war weight of EA and GW might be just about right. Suddenly increasing their weights now might later screw up their plan...

    TH11 is still far from complete...

    True. I also posted a thread about this earlier but I think overall nerfing the ea in war weight might help a little bit.
