Requirements:
TH8 MAX TROOPS AND BASE
TH9 if not max defenses, prefer th8.5 with maxed troops. Royals at 30 combined or higher and over 300 war stars.
Th9.5 Must not yet have inferno until you can handle your weight up top.
TH10/11 Very Selective. Must be able to handle weight of war and at least consistently 2 star mirror bases. Royals 50 combined or higher and over 300 war stars.
We also require use of band app to communicate outside of war and help facilitate war planning.
