I was wondering what are the best, cheapest, Guarantee 3 star, fast timing army's. From Gibarch to Loonian for trophy pushing. Troops would be all maxed. Ps. Doesn't have to fit the whole description. Just fit into one of those.

Well I use 24 giants 18 wizards 4 wallbreakers. All heal spells and a poison. If you get your wizards to go into core you will most likely get 2 star everytime. Take care of those Giants though!!
Mass hogs works everytime.
Combo of hogs and giants with wiz. Heal and rage is necessary

100 Level 5 archers and 20 hogs level 4 are enough if you know how to attack !! Lol
Just kidding. I am in Crystal 2 right now and i am getting better Results by the above Army. Spells must be 3 healing 1 poison and 5 maxed hogs and 1 maxed poison spell in the clan Castle!

Beware !!! Only search for Town hall 8 to attack !! This is Not to attack over town hall 9 for 1 or 2 stars because it will end it up as defeat!!

20 to 25 hogs lvl 4
8 to 12 wiz
10 to 15 arch
4 wall breakers
3 heal spells and 2 poison
in the CC u can take giants/hogs/wiz/archers
with this army composition you should be able to at least 2 star any th8 that u find. I often 3 star a maxed th8 with hogs. it's also important to choose the right base when using hogs. bases with no empty spaces inside are the best ones as you can see if it has double giants bombs inside or not. If it has too many empty spaces in the base, I would skip and saearch for another one
always lure the cc troops when using hogs

I use Gowipe gowipe gowipe !!!!! CC : Wizards/pekka depends on donations.
I 3* any kind of maxed th8 bases, I have level 1 golem and level 3 pekkas. 2 heal, 1 rage, 2 poison for cc, 1 hog for cc lure.
Try it ?
The full dragon attack for me is the best army to push but it's very expensive
