RGS Synergy looking for new recruits!

We are currently looking for th7+, however have certain requirements for each townhall level:
TH7 - Must have the BK and have all walls to at least a level 6 standard
TH8 - BK must be at least level 5 with the majority of walls to a level 7 standard at least.
TH9 - BK at least level 10, with an AQ at any level. Majority of walls to a level 8 standard
We intend on becoming a serious war clan so participation in war is a must. It shouldn't be needed to state that we are looking for active and friendly members only. Within wars or general attacks, I can donate upto a max th9 troop standard
A bit about us:
We were only established on 9/2/16 and currently have 10 members. Me (Real Skillster) level 108 and a friend - Lord Clay level 90 are running the clan
Elder can be earned through 500 donations a season, with Co-leader being earned through loyalty, consistent hardwork and donating. We currently run the rule to donate as much as you receive per season, trying to leave your ratio to as close to a 1:1 ratio as possible. Deafult troops are Wizards and the age range varies from 16-22 atm
