Whats YOUR Favorite War Attack Strategy?

I use goho as th9 and mass hog as th8 lately but I wouldn't say they are my favorite, just the most effective for me.

My favorite is when I have to craft a custom attack for a difficult cleanup that has a thoroughly scouted base, or when I have to drop way down to cleanup because then I can play around.

Last war we had an enemy rushed th10 with a single inferno and offset town hall. One of our th10s couldn't make their second attack so one of us th9 had to hit it. I was down a queen myself so I did a gob knife to snipe the town hall and got the tying star with a 40% attack. I fell .03% short of the tiebreaker though so another th9 with both heroes had to clean me up for the second star. We all were enjoying that war, we were 3 th10 vs 2 th11 and 4 th10 and still won.

Dragon based attacks are nice because they don't require a kill squad and I often war without heroes.

It's really depend on TH level.

At our clan, we use queenwalk, golava, mass witches and mass golem for TH10. Gohog, golava, zapquake dragon for TH9, and mass hogs, mass dragon for TH8.

Sometime we even use govalk for TH9 and TH10. Here is some amazing attacks done by our clan member:

i love mass dragon against the high th 10/11 rivals (me being 10) but for lowers i try loonion for 3 star because most enemies have ground skellies and hounds, everyone does gowipe (except a very select few) so everyone defends against that

I love mass dragons. Cc Max loons and haste don't go amiss with this strategy as well

I really like using a queen walk/golaloon attack when possible.

Take out 2-3 air defenses on the queen walk, gowi into the core, then laloon the rest. Great strategy for th9/10

Out of curiosity, I am interested to see what other forumers use in their war attacks. I know that goho, gowipe, and mass drag are common. But what is your favorite war strategy to use and why? Mine are golaloon and goho, mainly because 3 stars on those attacks are overkill and anything overkill is great.

As a th7 i like to bring 7 drags 4 loons and 20 minions or 7 drags and all hogs Mostly because ive gotten use to them and i suck at giant healer

I'm not able to use it all the time due to my place in the clan, but when I see a nice tight non-anti 3 max/near max TH9, I love hittin em with a govaho. Valks are SO much fun.
