Let's all face it, occasionally attacks go seriously wrong due to "operator error". Thought we might share some of our tales of woe and try to laugh them off and see that we are not alone. I'll start:

Don't you just love it when you accidentally deploy a lightening spell on the grass?

I just yell "There's the Lightning, here comes the thunder!" and continue in hopes of pulling it off! 😄

a TH10 in our clan posted a defense of an attacker he has a box base, attacker dropped 3 rage spells and his cc EQ spell on the walls on interior box, noticing his error, he started his mass witch raid with spread golems, fired off wallys opened wall centered his witches directly on top of two GB's on outside wall, poof went witches and golem got him 8%, he didn't even bother to drop his hero's or cc troops. It was an epic fail on all levels. Sort of like the new 10 second witch poof except on a grander scale.

Went raiding a player whose clan flag was the same as mine. As their defensive troops mingled with mine, I lost track of who was who. Apparently, my initial troops died and I hit the heal spell to heal the defender's troops. Fortunately, it wasn't war and nobody saw me do that.

I had a nice Queen Walk all queued up, with 5 healers to back up my reduced-size Gibarch army (I have been having a lot of success with this while my King has been sleeping for the past few weeks). I next and next and next until I find a great base, with over a million loot combined. Deploy all the troops to create my funnel and all that good stuff, and now that most of the army has died off it's time to send in the Queen... who is still 10 minutes away from being ready. I didn't even notice that she wasn't part of the army as I was nexting. So now I've got a ripped open base just ready for the taking, and only healers left. Facepalm.

Dont you just love it when you jump into a war raid and you rushed while not thinking, and forget your king and queen are still sleeping from the defense you had an hour ago?

HAHA The best part of this thread is that when we all mess up reaaaaaly badly, the defender is now sharing the instant replay with his clan, and they are all laughing at our stupidity on a public scale.

it was a last minute raid in a war we were down by 1. I attacked a th8.5 with goho, sure to be three stars when MY MOTHER CALLS ME MID-RAID and i only get two and the war is lost by total damage T_T

I was barching and had my lightning spells pre cooked up for war attacks. I missed the barbs and ended up zapping the weeds.
