Is there a problem with war matchmaking

You know there is a slight contradiction here... complaining that rushed bases have an advantage, but stating that no self-respecting clan admits rushers. Why don't they admit rushers? Because they are perceived as such a disadvantage in war.

So - you don't allow rushers because they are a disadvantage, but also complain that they have an advantage over you.

PS - I'm not saying the matching is OK for 10/11 - it clearly isn't from the complaints here.

Last war we had 4x Th10 1x 9.5 vs their 3x th11 and 7x 10s. And both sides had even 9 8 and 7s.
We won by 2*!
Our 10s hit the 11s for 2* (walked into gowiwi) then went on to 2 or 3* their lower 10s. 9s and 8s both side did their job but our 9s were slightly better
22 win streak now for a clan that wars twice a week with 170 wins
All our wars we fight uphill against strong 11s
No doubt we will soon see a 11 what knows how to use his advantages

Theres always been a problem, until they use the clan level and wars won as an addition to the current search criteria there always will be. SC dont give a stuff so dont expect it to change.

yes very messed up, our current war : US 4 TH10, 14 TH9, 1 TH8, 1 TH7. Them: 1 TH11 (with warden, defenses and eagle), 8 TH10 all with xbows and IT's, 8 TH9 all with xbows, 1 TH8, 1TH7, 1 TH5.

Our heros are dead even on averaging. I find it hard to believe that the TH5 offset them that much.

Initial weighting analysis - they have a +9 point defensive average differential ( the th10's make up most of the difference in weight), we have a +.23 hero weighting average, offense average they are +6. Not enough to warrant the +9 advantage in defense they have.

This is on the 1-100 system same as the 0-100000 system just minus the 0's

Us 72 weight average, them 81 weight average. Hero's Us 19 them 18 average (not enough to make a difference). We use our own offensive weighting spreadsheet, basically we both have max war troops/spells for each TH lvl they have max camps for all their TH lvl's as do we, but they have 5 TH10's with 20 extra camp spaces and an extra spell to attack our TH9's. This is the worst unbalanced match up we have ever had. I will post results tomorrow after war ends. Probably won't be pretty, we can only hope they are horrible at attacking. both of us lvl 8 clans, not that it matters.

We won 53-42, our th9's 3'd 3 of their lower th10's. Horrible base designs. They used internet bases on the ones that were not horrible, so figuring trap placement was easy, also, only two people donated to their war cc, was easy to figure out what they had in each as they got filled. Skill, Planning and Execution wins again.

No. There is no problem in war matchmaking, it's just more challenging now than ever, cause sometimes your clan will be match with a challenging clan to defeat. More challenge, more fun. It's more fun in the coc now than ever.

My clan is constantly being matched with th11's when our maxed guys are only th10....its impossible to win...its happening more and more...why is this happening?....are they going to fix it....or are we just the unluckiest clan getting these matches?

If it makes you feel better we just finished a war where their th11 wint to the top of our th9s and their th10s to our th8s. Their top guys all had higher royals than our top guys and their bases were not rushed... we lost by 2*.... we couldn't 3* their th11s

I definitely think something is wrong. 3 wars in a row our clan has been a massive underdog. I didn't add up war weight of the first but here is the breakdown:

War 1: Us clan level 5 with 1 th10, 6 th9, 2 th8, 1 th7. Them clan level 7 with 1 th11 (with lvl 5 warden and L2 eagle), 1 th10, 7 th9, 1 th8. Result we lost by 1 star.

War 2: Us clan level 5 with 1 th10, 7 th9, 1 th8, 1 th7 total war weight 605,000. Them level 9 clan 1 th10, 7 th9, 1 th8, 1 th7 total war weight 625,000. Result we lost in tiebreaker. Got lucky that they didn't use all attacks, but lost to total destruction by 0.6%. This war was the most even of them all, but still clan level 9 vs 5...

War 3: Us clan level 5 with 1 th10, 7 th9, 1 th8, 1 th7 total war weight 614,000. Them level 5 clan with 3 th 10, 6 th9, 1 th8 total war weight 672,000. We got crushed.

Just went on from there outmatched at every mirror. Fun times for a weekly war clan.

Many complaining are trying to skirt the match making system by putting a lowly TH on their bottom slots (i.e.-TH5!!!).

Also, a mid TH10 is comparable to a rushed TH11. Same as a rushed TH10 is comparable to a mid to maxed TH9.

NOTHING is stopping you from pushing that upgrade button and getting your own EA and GW!!!

lots of crying in the forums lately, find a better attack strategy and choose who to war with better.
