I would keep track of the clan tag of the clan as well as ID of the player/players involved.
Video is a great help as well.
To get the process started I have had very good luck with contacting support directly in the help and support section in the game.
How to get there:
1.Tap the gear 2.bottom left button for help and support 3.tap contact us top right. 4.type message
They were much faster than I had imagined at responding to my email. They will let you know how to submit video as well as any information they may need.
Hope that gets the ball rolling and hopefully your claim can make clash of clans a better place for all of us playing fairly!
If you have a Google Account, you can upload the videos onto YouTube. Copy the links of each video and paste them into your in game support. It is the easiest and convenient way.
I started a thread on ideas to fix this. This was hardly ever an issue and when it did happen I considered it to be an isolated incident and brushed it off. Unfortunately everyone is becoming aware of this game manipulation software and using it unfairly. IT gets pretty obvious to see anymore in wars. I am a member of a high caliber clan and with in the past 2 weeks we were completely wiped out by clans that had no advantage over us at any perspective. Every attack was perfect, as in what troops to use, where every trap was, ect. Our bases are setup to the extent that there are many open spaces (not a few) where traps are hidden ect, but they knew exactly where to send a kamikaze in to set it off on every spot. This happened on every base. Im not dumb and chance does not work like that or I'd be a lottery winner. Supercell has to deal with this issue in one way or another. I'm wondering if they are afraid to hurt their cash cow by means of stopping the ♥♥♥♥♥ers whom probably also buy gems here and there. Supercell had no problem changing the Clash of Clans game by changing how one could farm (not being able to place townhall outside of walls anymore) and justifying it by stating that "Clash of Clans was not intended to be played that way", but when and overwhelming number of people are starting to use this manipulation software that obviously is making the game be as it was not intended, is being used. Sure slap someone with a ban for awhile but Im sure theyll be right back at it. Problems are never solved by disciplining the violators, but by stopping the issue from even being an issue. These people are not dumb, and its not beyond them to put an easy fix to this. I am among a lot of other people that are tired of this. At some point the only people left are going to be those who are ignorant and dont care and those who use what shouldnt be used. Whats going to be the solution when in clan wars everyone on both sides gets every star, hardly a tiebreaker anymore by destruction.
The reply I got from support was "it frustrates us as well that people are dishonest. There are down sides and dangers to using outside apps." Essentially there's nothing they can do about it.
