You've just been lucky as it has invaded all levels. First time I experienced it I was a th5! How ridiculously stupid. It's been a while, but we see them off and on since. Sometimes when we war at 10, but more often when we war at 25-30. The bigger the war the more chance to come across these losers. The higher the th also,but we are mixed and that tends to bring out the low level one barb drop bull♥♥♥♥ too. We do try to avoid certain geological areas, but with matching taking much longer it's been kinda hit and miss. You miss one, but come in right in the middle of prime time for another region. It's like a disease that keeps spreading.

Our last two wars were 20vs20 and both clans were modders sadly. Their bottom guys were spamming barbs and ending the battle on our max th11s. I don't understand why SC never brings it up or at least inform their players that they're working on a solution?

I think the bunnies are mostly TH10/TH11 and typically war in bigger wars. We don't see too many modders, at least I don't think so. We typically have 11-13 TH9 and 2-4 TH8 in war with the occasional TH10 thrown in. It's not impossible in smaller wars, but I think mixed clans that aren't super engineered for war aren't going to run into them a lot unless they have a lot of people with inferno towers.
