Can't seem to find my clan #vjgooup
Can't seem to find my clan #vjgooup
Cannot seem to get clan chat up and running... I give permission and press save but it doesn't save... I got back in same player and all settings are set to off... also it says i(leadership confirmed) need to request to get into clan chat... did I miss a step? Clan tag #8y9g0qlr thanks ahead of time for help

This does help when you got a base design & want to have opinions about it & keep all those comments saved somewhere instead of being mixed with all chat in clan chat

That is a google play error. Clear data for google play(nothing will be lost) then try againOriginally Posted by mehbah

EDIT: I checked your clan tag & yes you confirmed leader & another member did confirm coleader/you gave him permissions. When you go to clan chat as a leader it should work with no issues. Maybe first time it will show you need permission but if go back it will update. This is sometimes due to network issues or server lag(I'm trying to request least data I can when needed to avoid extra data usage by app). If it is still not working please PM me for further support

Time heals all wounds i guess... thx for the response... now when i type in clan chat it just shows a black message bubble with what appears to be no writing... is the message font black?
Edit: Also clan members see same message except it has my name in white. Also it seems you have gotten rid of the exit button to exit the app and can't back out. Only way to close is task manager.

Color shouldn't be black. It is either yellow or white. The other two things are intentional. Let me explain why:
- Your message appear for other with your name in it for members to know who sent the message & color is different to identify what you type compared to what others type
- The exit button is not there yes but if you open menu & press back it will exit as before. Missed that in notes sorry for that. But I found exit button as a redundant button knowing that every phone got the back/home button. The reason it is only active while menu is opened is to protect against unintended back press. If you think it should be there please tell me as I want the app to be fully functional for everyone
