My village got ♥♥♥♥ed for real

I've never thought a ♥♥♥♥er would actually ♥♥♥♥ into my coc account, before I went offline for 5 hours I used my 5th builder to upgrade my barracks from lvl 6-7 which require 24 hours and also I cooked my regular army and spells , 1 lightning 1 rage that's it . I was attacked 4 hours later and I got prompt message for that , immediately I loaded my coc account to check the replays . But I never expected my base was in a mess,

1. Two of my lvl 11 was outside my walls
2. My 5th builder no longer upgrading my barracks and switched to gold mine
3. One pieces of my walls are placed at the corner
4. I don't cook dragon for raid unless I have maxed my elixir surprisingly I have 2 dragons sitting at my army camp
5. Like I mention above I only cook 1 rage and 1 lightning but my spell factory is full with additional 1 heal , 1 freeze and 1 more lightning spell
6. I had about 6.3mil elixir but I'm left with 3.3mil
7. I don't buy any flags at all but I do have a national flag at my base which is china flag

I've already changed my itunes or gamecenter password , hopefully I won't encounter such problem anymore . And I guess you guys must be thinking someone at my house played my coc account , no way because I'm staying alone just me and my girlfriend and I went out as usual with my girlfriend before I did the barracks upgrade . I've already email to supercell in game,

Last but not least I did not sold any of my iOS device with my village connected , never logged my coc account into any of my friends devices AT ALL . Never gave my Game Center ID AND PW to anyone AT ALL as well , please let me know what are the solution to solve this kind of ♥♥♥♥er attacks . I've spend almost about 1500 usd on this game , my heart breaks when this happen to me few hours ago .

I feel for you, it is also happening to my account now..and sadly, mods of supercell will just answer you with a copy-paste text..see my recently closed thread "increasing number of ♥♥♥♥ers"..say bye bye to your account, that is what they are implying..

I'm not a mod, but I'm pretty sure ♥♥♥♥ing is tampering with the game or servers, so it wouldn't count as h a c k i n g.

Yeah! same goes with me..the only explanation that is applicable to me was logging in to another apple device using my gamecenter account, but that apple device is still with me, no one touches my two iOS devices except me..

There is nothing any of us on the forums can do to help, as mentioned in the thread, here is my standard response.

I know there are not a lot of options once another device has your game on it. Below is my standard reply to h@ck posts, good info for future reference. Good luck with support.

I know of NO-NONE-ZERO cases of anyone actually h@cking Apple's Gamecenter to get to a Clash of Clans village.


A few facts/misconceptions:


Supercell only supports one account per device. Apple considers an iOS device to be a single user device. If a village is authorized to it (either by starting a game, or loading it via gamecenter) it is permanently authorized to that device. The Gamecenter password is only needed the very first time you load the game. Once a device "Owns" the game, changing the Gamecenter password, logging out of gamecenter, even deleting the app doesn't remove your game from that device. If you sell or trade your iOS device, doing a factory reset is the only way to ensure the next user can not play your game. If you authorize your game to someone else's device, even a factory reset may not remove it, as they can do an iCloud or iTunes backup/restore of their device to include your village.


Gamecenter in relation to Clash of Clans is designed to attach YOUR village from YOUR device to allow you to move YOUR village to a new device YOU own. It is not an authentication method to log into and out of different devices, it's a transfer mechanism. You should never load your village onto a device you do not control. Once a village is loaded onto a device, it is permanently authorized and playable from there. Neither Apple, nor Supercell can remove a village from a device which was properly loaded at one point. It is not legally or technically possible. Once a device is authorized, the device can not be blocked or restricted.


Morale of the story is NEVER load your village on a device not owned/controlled by you, allow someone else to log onto your device with a different Gamecenter, or give out your Gamecenter account info to anyone.


So, knowing the above, 100% of the time folks claim to be h@cked, or someone is playing their game, it boils down to:


A) a family member plays on the iOS device without you knowing it
B) you gave your gamecenter password to a friend who used it to load your game
C) you gave your gamecenter password to one of those 3rd party gem sites
D) you logged onto a friends iOS device to play at one point, thinking logging out of gamecenter or deleting the app will prevent them from playing it (it doesn't)
E) you sold/traded/gave away an iOS device you had once played the game on without doing a factory reset and they still have access to your CoC village.
F) a friend logged in with a clean gamecenter answered the prompts and transferred your village to their GC, and loaded it on their device later


If it's your little brother playing, it's easy to solve, if it's an ex-best friend who can now play your game, there are not a lot of options.

No, it isn't.

If they used force to obtain your account information illegally, then most likely yes.

If you logged onto a device and left your game on a device owned by someone else, or gave your password to someone to allow them to use it at one time (for whatever reason), or someone uses your device that you gave them permission to use, then... no. It's not even illegal in most jurisdictions and in some areas requires court action, certified letters from lawyers to revoke prior permission, etc.

Kind of like giving a friend a key to your house and them using it to come in - you can't sue them unless there is a secondary illegal act.

Look, I'm not saying when stuff like this happens it is right. It absolutely is horrible to have your game played on another device, and that person messing up what you built.

But... I've yet to find one single instance both here and with the thousands of devices I support at work where it was not the user's actions that initially led to it. But, what's even worse is the restrictions and architecture of an iOS device is not very forgiving (even a little) to de-authorize something on a personally owned device that was put there with some interaction of the original owner.

Trust me, I wish there was a way for SC to just push a button and fix this, but there isn't. It doesn't exist.
