Clan Wars ( Surrender) MUST TAKE A LOOK AT IT!!!

Please!! Add a option to surrender in war because sometimes 1) I've been in a situation (multiple times) where my clan or the enemy clan has no attacks left or cant get anymore stars. 2) A person who is not supposed to start the war , begins it at wrong time . 3). when someone choose wrong players, 4).when we have already defeated and there is no chance to win , then we need it most.NOTE: Surrendering the war can only be done by the clan leader and the opposing clan must accept your surrender.If u surrender war your will lose some of your GOLD , ELIXIR , DARK ELIXIR . and losing clan will get lesser clan exp when surrender than losing normally (in above case -1 -- clan perks and loot for the clan who surrenders will remain same ). War can only be surrender after 10 hours. After surrendering the war you will only have 2 or 3 hours remaining. (what your suggestion everyone?)
