That is a nice idea, but regarding the treasury i don't think it will happened.
Because the idea of the treasury is to allow the player to keep some amount of resources safe and well kept, protected from the raids...

i once had 20000 gold in my treasury, but after my base got raided, my treasury gold went down to around 18000.
