Anyways here is the base and I drew over it diagraming my attack, it's hard to tell what order things are in so ill elaborate...
Zap Quake the AD that is in the "core" to take it out from the start.
CC95% sure it's Drag and 2 Loons) Lure with 1 Hog, Max Posion (cc) will kill the loons and soften the Drag to less than 20% hp so I will let my Queen Walk finish it off.
Queen Walk starting around 6 o clock going counter clock wise to take out the 2 Air Defences that are reachable by her without WBs or Jump.
16 AQ
**4-5 Healers l4
** 1 Rage can be used plus her ability
BK level 15 + 3-4 Wizards to help funnel in the King to kill the Queen (that will aggro on my BK outside the walls, no WBs or Jump Needed.
** very doubtful he will get the middle 3rd Air Defence so that's why I will prob zapquake it before the attack......
2x Hounds on the remaining AD at different angles to soak up the traps followed by as many Loons as possible as well as maybe 1x Rage or 2x Haste, probably 1x Rage.
So rough draft but troop wise I need like....
3 Archers
1 Hog
8-10 Wizards
4 Healers (maybe 5)
2 Lava Hounds (1 in CC max)
Rest Loons, so 15-19 which will be a huge amount.
I know a lot of people would choose to take 5-6 Dragons for the back end vs just Lalooning it but my Dragons are only level 3 and I haven't used those guys since early th8 lol.
Spells:
2x Rage l5
2x Lightning l6
1x EQ l1
CC: 1x Posion l4

You clearly don't know your TH9 attacks nearly well enough to try something like this.
