I just simply want to know if mods or members of supercell visit clans? If so how do you (if indeed u do) identify yourselves and how are we able to confirm the truth of those that proclaim to be supercell officials??? I ask as we appeared to have 2 come in to my clan and actually knew information on my clan mates chat convo from when he was in another clan!!!

If u could please answer urgently as this has the while clan pretty cautious, we need to be prepared!!! Thanx

Most of us arrange our clan visits through the forums.

Some of us are pretty easy to identify - sneakydave lvl 200 is obvious. There are a few thousand "twister" accounts out there, probably a few in the mid 90's so mine isn't as unique.

Rarely do I pop into a clan unannounced, and usually when I do the "hi, I'm twister supercell forum moderator seeing if anyone has any feedback to share or problems/questions" type of thing, most have no idea who twister or the forums are anyhow.

The few who know about the forums will PM me and ask if I'm in their clan and I"ll reply yes, so they know.

We don't have special colored names or anything - but most of the top clans has some player on gamecenter with a mod to ask/see where they are. If you're ever in doubt, or someone is there claiming to be a mod/employee, feel free to PM one of us to ask.

I'm assuming by PlayerID.

Every player has a unique player ID such as 2-934834(322) where you can find this when reporting a problem via your own device.

SC won't ask for your GC password. They don't need the password to hand you gems.

if you want to know why,think about it this way, it means the same thing, just longer
