So we have ended up with just 6 regular war members and are losing heaps! (we have over 104 wins and more losses because we cant get 10 active players)

Our 6 active players are Th11 (Level 131), 10(Level 130), and 9s Levels (104 down to 72)

We are looking for more active players to either join us and make it up to 10 active war members

Or we are looking to merge a more active clan into ours or we will consider merging into yours

The most important thing is we play for fun, we dont want to be bossed around and we wont boss you around, we all donate, we all have a laugh, we are all older mature players and are not interested in recruiting tards from global.

Lets talk about you merging into us and using your current clan as our feeder but you keep leadership. We are th7 to th11but mostly th9 3 star attackers. We use lavaloon and goho attacks 3 star specialists. We do 15 to 25 man wars but loking for more

Th7 and th8 who will use both attacks in the first 18 hours are needed. Th9 with lv 15/15 heroes not rushed. Th10 with 25/25 heroes and maxed th9 defenses and troops.
We are serious about war but not as hardcore as most 24/7 war clans. What I mean is non attackers will get kicked but you wont get cussed at for screwing up. We want you to use 3 star tactics, not Gowipe for a fail 2 star. Th10 th11 Gowipe Gowiwi attacks are ok but we try to 3 star those bases too.
Also clashcaller is required but groupme is optional.
We are on a winning streak right now and want to beef up our line up some more.

We want th7 to use dragons
Th8 to use different attacks. Goho, valks, holo and other advanced tactics.
Th9 also use Goho, Golaloon and other variations of attacks.
Th10 must be able to 3 star maxed th9 and 2 star th10

Gowipe is not a 3 star tactic unless used with backside loons or hogs

Our rules are
Must use clashcaller to reserve bases
Must make both attacks
Th7 and th8 use both attacks as early as possible
Must not use bad language or inappropriate content in our game and groupme chats.
Donate at least half of what you receive

Requirements for townhall levels
Th7
must have dragons unlocked
4 lv 9 barricks
50% lv7 walls
150 war stars

Th8 must have
Maxed th7 offense and defense
100% lv7 walls
Must be focused on maxing offense and learning how to 3 star using hogs,valks,loons,golems
250 war stars

Th9 must have
Maxed all th8 offense and defense
Lv10 bk
Lv10 aq
100% lv8 walls
Must be focused on maxing offense before defense.
Must be able to use Goho, Golaloon, Govalk type attacks. Using 3 star tactics Gowipe Gowiwi is not acceptable with out some kind of modified strategy to get the 3 star.

Must have the ability to 2 star th10 and 3 star maxed th9
Each th10 will be looked at close to determine if your a good match fo the clan.

few dont have experience at high lvl wars but they are learning. We have a small mix of adults and a few young ones but there all our kids or friends of our kids so there well behaved.

I run a level 7 clan that has always been a casual/fun clan focused on helping rushed bases and new players.

Once the dreaded update happened we basically lost all of our casual players.

We just started reforming this week and decided to move our clan more towards serious wars because of the treasury update.

We are still laid back, but now we are looking for war junkies and not going the casual/rushed route anymore.

But with all them losses i think thats where you are finding it hard to find war members. Most might join, see the rec then leave. It happened in another clan i was in.

Out of interest would you be interested in coming to us, You can have leader and ill be a co or whoever is on the most and organizing stuff can be leader. Keep the other clan open because if it does not work out you can go back.

If my members are happy to merge so am i, Just wanted to know your thoughts on this going the other way. We currently have 2 wars a week. Strongest 10 and then upcoming members to keep the mix nice. Im not sure if you have back to back wars ?

It definitely makes sense to come to us as L5 gives great perks, we are only about 2 wins away from Level 6, all co's in your clan will remain co's in our clan, same with elders etc. We usually do back to back wars (we have for the passed year) but if you only want 2 a week that can be arranged. We are fairly laid back and we always donate. yes the lots of losses are hurting recruiting but thats because only half of the people in 10 v 10 attack hence the recruiting, hopefully we can go back to winning again!
