​​We are 24-6 in the last few months doing 10v10 and 15v15 wars. We are looking to expand to 20v20. We are looking for th8s and th9s who can 3-star their counters; up and coming th7s are welcome, as well. Rules are as follows and are strictly enforced:

1. No foul language or immature behavior. Be respectful at all times. English and Hindi only.
2. Use both attacks without exception. No looting attacks. We constantly strive to make ourselves better, so even after we've secured the win after only using half our strikes (which happens very often), all remaining attacks are to be used for practice. Full armies, best strats, logical targets, always.
3. Don't even worry about elder or Co. They are for administration, not recognition. Your war stars are recognition enough.
4. Minimum success rate is 50%. Success = 3 stars. Less than 3 stars is failure (unless you are asked to do scout mission). If you do not achieve minimum success rate, you will be rotated in and out of wars. We don't expect perfection, but we also do not accept mediocrity.
5. There is no minimum donation ratio. Plenty of maxed accounts that have wizards, pekka, giants, golems, and dragons on hand, so we're not looking for you to give much, but fill them when you see them. Do not give what isn't requested. Do not fill defensive war cc's unless asked. Do not dump defensive war cc troops unless instructed.
6. Read all clan mail. Scan chat for your name before you attack. If war instructions are given, your name will be in all caps and easy to identify. Communication is essential to clan effectiveness.
