Is the unwanted farm “in the cloud” vs the one u want “on this device”? And is the farm “on this device” connected to supercell ID?

I must have Valley OCD because I counted the spaces on the daily quest bar and I don’t think u can get to the end, even if u don’t miss any daily quests. Maybe a leftover glitch from the restart.
