I wouldn't hold my breath! A super version of ED or Golem, with reduced housing space, would most likely render the regular versions useless.

The 1 spell capacity of dark sf isn't irrelevant, and it won't still be 11 if the sneak peek sticky is accurate. It'll be 11+1...which equals 12. I'm waiting to see if it's a typo, though.

The lvl 5 spell factory has a spell capacity of 10. The dark sf has a capacity of 1.
