What the Finnish companies do A LOT is just a week before Black Friday, they raise prices by 5% or so.. Then when Black Friday hits, they claim "NOW ON SALE -10%" :D It is illegal to do so in...

Actually in Finland we have had it for a week already! :D All shops are selling stuff with a discount. That being said, the discounts in Finland are not as crazy as they are in the US.
