To be fair, you wouldn't see it used as a clan castle in lower level wars. I don't think it impacts lots of players and there is probably many ways around it.

I am unsure about it being against the ToS however it just isn't a efficient way to advertise. Such places like reddit, twitter & even Discord will get you better results.
