I'm not sure how your conversation with Support went, but I can't imagine them saying it was impossible to unlink the Supercell ID...

Free fuel from station can go over the cap, just like bonus you get from townies when you don't have space in barn.

You will need to contact Support from within the game (Settings > Help and Support) and start from there.
