I tried around a bit and got varying results but finally I did get 3 stars.
Spamming troops seemed more rewarding than surgical, in the end a combination did the trick.
Just save a couple of ice...

What I do is I train my army, then add to the queue the most commonly requested troops and log off.
When I log back in, my army is ready and a few extra troops...

Super Wizard and Ice Hound as well as Log Launcher and the new levels for X-Bow, Spellfactory, Workshop, Giant Bomb and Airmine...

yes, it has low hp and therefore dies easily too soon. many responses already stated that and my experience is the same

What does the above announcement mean, is the duration between shots increased from 3 secs to 3,2 secs ?
