Just as Momscar explained it! Daily Goals reset daily and Season Goals once a week. We are aware of one issue, which I posted here:...

Yeah, the game doesn't check if you have opened it or not as long as you are on a level high enough to unlock it. Same goes with fishing area, town etc.
