We all know that's a cycle. All the packs that appear in the shop comes with a timer now. Not like, previously when utmost one pack was glued to the shop permanently.

I agree. Indeed a better skin for the warden, as compared to the gladiator warden especially if you guys noticed a new animation, where warden jumps up in air to catch his staff.

Nope if you have a troop upgrading in the lab and at the same time you upgrade your lab, then that particular troop continues to upgrade until it's done.
