For me CWL are clan assets, they go where they'll benefit the clan best. Last campaign they went to the guys that jumped to TH13 & the weakest base.

The only bug is when the lab upgrade finishes when you're online; it'll show the incorrect time remaining. Log out, log back in & all is as it should be.
