I like your idea of portal system spell where troops enter from one place and reach to another place.But housing space 3 is too much, so, housing space 2 is more suitable.

Much needed idea for a better way to upgrade our base.

The hero skin will be there in the game, when you unlock the hero you would definitely receive the skin at that right movement.
