Just to add to what Kat said about ways to prevent them asking for saws and axes:

Unless you sell to the farm visitors frequently, wait until they want something like wheat and corn and hold them...

I don't mind what puzzle pieces I get when. I am not in a hurry.

Have you looked at the breakdown of costs to see if there were perhaps some type of fees incurred via using your bank/card?

Players can’t see your account or personal data just because they’re buying from you or visiting your farm. Not sure how they would unless you posted it on your farm or shared it publicly or with...
