If you look properly both witch and super witch have high training time.
This is because in battle field they are capable of spawning unlimited no of units(big boy and skeleton)

Most of these super troops are having overlapping abilities.

The current loot cap is not enough for higher builder hall.When ever there is a new troop have upgrade 18 levels, whenever there is a new defence have to upgrade 9 levels ,the problem will...

(1)The reason why there is no much builder hall updates,it is because there is low player activity ,poor matchmaking, poor Troop AI.So builder base already stuck in endless cycle .
