Rebuilding level 5 war clan. Experts th 8,9 welcome

Here is a level 5 clan which is looking for clanmates who are in search of a good decent war clan. I, myself is a townhall 9 ( 1 month old ) and level 114. I need some companions who are ready to lead a clan and like to bear some responsibilty:)
