200 war wins (lvl9 in 2 wars time) Adult war clan. Looking for active, loyal members

We are an adult clan with an international mix from the USA, Europe and Asia. We have 5 clans of which this is our main war clan. We are now looking to boost our numbers with the recruitment of 5 or so new players. We prefer to recruit low ( most joined as th7/8 and have grown with the clan), but more important is having an offence capability that matches your level in war. We usually clear every base below th10 each war and often 3 star lower th10's too.
We are not a very active clan outside of war (probably because we are now down to 20 or so) so unlikely to suit people who want to spend a lot of time farming, but with a few more people, the activity level may get back to how it was pre update.
We war back to back, usually 15v15 or 20v20, but would like to get back to 25 or 30 people wars.
