You haven't maxed out on the bk or builders.
Bk is negligible, but 5 builders is pretty important.

Not one of the collectors are even level 11. They are all level 8, all of them. At TH7 these go to 11.
And your Dark Barrack is level 1.

Seems like you are not maxed. My base will be a maxed TH in 5 days I think, including the BK and Mr T and Minion upgrade, except the builders, since I can't spend gems. But I still consider it to be maxed.
That is not exactly a maxed base, but pretty damn close. I upgraded everything when I was Th7 except builders, minion and Mr. T upgrades, and burger king. Anyway, I do have to ask, is there a need for this thread? Youre not giving us anything other than the fact you maxed out your base (which is good).
